On Thursday, 22 October 2020, BMW Motorrad will reveal five new models in its Heritage range.
These world premieres will take place during an online-presentation at 6.00 pm CEST (Central European Summer Time).
R nineT Heritage Models
From the teaser images, there is likely to be a new addition to the current R nineT line-up which includes the original R nineT, R nineT Pure, R nineT Urban G/S and R nineT Scrambler.
Previously the range has included the R nineT Racer and the R nineT R/5 anniversary model.
There are clearly 6 bikes displayed in the teaser image above.
R 18 Heritage Models
Earlier indicators of what’s coming included an exclusive and top secret BMW Motorrad Dealer Network “preview” at the 2018 International Dealer Conference (NDA withstanding) as well as some fairly clear (public domain) testing photos from 2019 and official patent drawing lodged in 2020.
Piecing it all together with a dash of guess-work we look forward to seeing the BMW Motorrad R 18 range grow to include a cruiser, bagger, bobber and more.
There are also a number of clearly visible inclusions that have just been announced on other models in the BMW Motorrad range such as the large format TFT display and the Active Cruise Control mounted above the headlight in the spy photos.
